Complete the 2025-26 Contact Information Form below and Coach Holley will contact the families of prospective players with further details about the upcoming Summer Baseball season in May.

Freshman Summer Camp from 8:00 - 10:00 AM

Each player must have a physical on record before Friday, June 20, 2025. Please click the link below to upload the clearance form.

Get Prepared to Play:

Before the season kicks off, be sure to:

• Complete the Athletic Clearance Form online. You'll receive clearance from the MVHS Athletic Director upon completion.

What to Bring:

• Water: Stay hydrated throughout practices and games.
• Baseball Equipment: Glove, bat, etc.
• Attire: Cleats and baseball pants. An MVHS hat and shirt will be provided.
